Cooper was found wandering the streets of South Carolina after a flood several years ago. He was rescued by an organization called Lucky Dog and ultimately adopted by Tracey’s family. Cooper welcomes clients with a lick, sniff or wag and is interested in doing everything he can to put a smile on your face. Cooper loves to lie in front of our sunny window and sunbathe when he’s not barking at delivery trucks or the occasional rabbit that hops by.
