The Social Security Administration announced today that Supplemental Security Income recipients will receive automatic COVID-19 stimulus checks no later than early May. These will come directly from the Treasury Department.

However, please note that if you have qualifying children under the age of 17, you should not wait this long for your individual payment. You can claim the money sooner by inputting your payment information on this page:  www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here.
